Who We Are

At Great Day Personal Training, we’re all about wellness. We genuinely care about helping each person become healthier and happier. We create a positive and supportive environment to help people reach their goals and improve their lives in all aspects. There is no "cookie cutter" generic programming here; every program is customized and appropriate just for you.

It all starts with a consultation where we chat about your goals, any past experiences, time constraints, and more. Then, we conduct a full fitness assessment to get a clear picture of where we’re starting. This includes things like your health history, body weight, body fat percentage, body measurements, cardiovascular and strength assessments. This info helps us design a program tailored to you and your goals. We meet with some clients twice a week, others once a month, and others in a group of two. We’re flexible and will find what works best for you; there’s no minimum or maximum number of meetings. We also create programs for people to do at home, for travel, and at other fitness facilities. We’ll keep you motivated and supported to keep pushing yourself and achieving greatness.

Our clients come from all walks of life, from kids to seniors, and everything in between. We love the diversity and the challenge each individual client brings to us. Our core values are hard work and positive energy and we believe these are the keys to success. We’ll challenge you in a way that’s appropriate for you while having fun along the way!
