Who We Are

At Great Day Personal Training, we are passionate about wellness. We truly care about helping each individual become healthier and happier. We provide a positive, supportive environment to help people achieve their goals and improve their lives overall. We pride ourselves on being flexible and adapting to the needs of each individual client. There is no "cookie cutter" generic programming here; every program is customized and appropriate for the individual person.

Each interaction begins with a consultation where we discuss your goals, prior experience, time constraints, etc. Then a full fitness assessment is conducted to establish baseline measurements. Some things that are included in the fitness assessment will be health history, body weight, body fat percentage, body measurements, cardiovascular and strength assessment, among other things. This will help us begin to design a program and address areas to help you reach your goals. We meet with some clients twice a week, others once a month, others in a group of two. We will be flexible to find whatever works best for the individual; there is no minimum or maximum number of meetings. We also design programs for people to perform at home, for travel, and at other fitness facilities. We provide ongoing support and motivation to help people continue to push themselves and achieve greatness.

Our client base ranges from kids to seniors and everything in between. We love the diversity and the challenge that each individual client represents to us. Our fundamental values are those of hard work and positive energy. These are the main ingredients for success. We will look to challenge you in an appropriate fashion and have fun along the way!
